Ingredients
4 oz Turkey bacon
2 whole wheat Portuguese roll
4 tablespoons guacamole or mashed avocado
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced shallots
4 thin slices red onions
8 oz deli Turkey breast
1 medium tomato, cut into slices
4 leaves romaine lettuce.

Prep
1.     Cook the turkey bacon according to package.
2.     Slice each roll into half. Stir together the guacamole, mayonnaise, and shallots.
3.     Spread the guacamole onto the bread . Top with one onion slice, 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of tomato, 1 slice of bacon, and lettuce.  Â
