Easy Breakfast Oats


a cup of overnight oats with blueberries and cramberries

Ingredients:

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1 cup of low fat milk

1 tablespoon of cranberries

2 tablespoons of your favorite nuts chopped


Prep:

Combine all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 seconds spurs for about 3 to 4 minutes or until the oats are softened.

Add honey for sweetness as desired.
