Greek Yogurt with Apricots


a cup of Greek yogurt with apricots and nuts

Ingredients:

1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt

1/4 cup Dried apricots

2 tablespoon of granola

1 tablespoon of slivered almonds

1 teaspoon of honey


Strain the yogurt with coffee filter for a thicker

consistency. Refrigerate for 1 hour for thicker consistency. Layer yogurt and other ingredients

in a parfait glass and enjoy!
